Some friends are for life. No matter how far or how busy they are, they will be there whenever u need a listening ear, giving sensible encouragements and advices. Sometimes without a word, best friends understand what you are thinking at that moment of time. Occasionally, they choose to keep quiet beside you when you are feeling down, because they know you don't want to talk about the problems, but still want their presence(s). Their presence(s), and that's enough.

Friday. Had an outing with the brother gang. Us, four - a 11 year old friendship (13 year old in GL's case) that is still growing and glowing. We have not meet for months, and this meet was a rather simple but great one. Had dinner at Alexendra Village, and then we walked. Yes, walking is our hobby. Through walking, we shared secrets and problems, laughters and joy, sweat and tears. Destination was Holland Village's Swensens, and that's considered our shortest journey. Haha. We once walked from Orchard till the west. A nice catch up, updates of lives, a note of brotherhood. =)

4 person, 8 dishes!!! Even the hawker said we were superb! haha.

Saturday, met up Hua and Irene for Kris's birthday at CHIMJES. Us four + Kris's girlfriend. Too bad uncle brother kG went back malaysia, while HK and Poh are still in Australia and Canada respectively, if not i guess it will be more jolly. Nonetheless, a short but yet a cosy gathering. Reminiscenced of the old days; projects that took us countless nights, three hours long breaks stonning in the com lab, getting buzzy with the GL stuffs - that's my growing up years. I don't really want to depart today, cause we won't know when will we meet up again. Hua and Irene will be back with their working lives, Kris will be back to NTU settling his schoolwork, and me, back to NUS with the usual problems unsolved.

And about school, school's life is still as bitchy as ever, and I seriously hate the school system. Really got to thank GL and Hua for listening to my rants these days, and going through it with me. Throughout my entire education life, this 'falling down" could have been the worst. And I only have myself to blame for not putting enough effort in year one. 1 year 2 months more to go, and I will know where shall I be...
